Yoga For Menopause class

In our Yoga For Menopause classes we will cover breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system. The yoga poses are there to help you manage menopause symptoms as you transition into this major change in your life. Our classes run for 30 minutes. While this may not seem a long time, I have carefully put together a class that will cover the key areas to help you feel relaxed but also rejuvenated.
